Welcome To My Site. Thanks for stopping by.

You've arrived at a Web space maintained by me, Christopher A. Porter. Hi! I like to dabble in web development, graphic design, photography, videography and writing. I live in Prescott Valley, Arizona. I don't know exactly how you found me, or my space on these so-called 'Int3rw3bs', but I'm glad you've chosen to stop by.

I won't require anything from you, nor am I one to try and enforce my personal, political or religious viewpoints upon  visitors as gospel. I only hope that you enjoy yourself. Feel free to putter around here if you like, and generally savor the experience.

Take away whatever you find useful. Heck, maybe you'll even learn something new! All I ask is is that if you want to use any of my artwork, please contact me first. Have fun, and please enjoy my Website at your convenience.

So I broke down and done got myself one of them fancy-shmancy smartphones at the beginning of the year. It is of note that it's also been about 3 years now that I switched to using a Mac as my primary personal computer. Hmm. Unsettling trend... In a nutshell, this latest addition is culminating in my transition to full on, elitist techie douchebag.

It's not so bad, really. As long as I remember to spritz myself with a bit of febreze after bending over to smell my own farts, the douchbaggery sort of 'evens itself out'. Fuck! What am I thinking??

Happy New Year.

My year in blog

What a topsy, turvy year it's been, kids. If you've read (both of you) the previous installments of this crapily maintained blog this year, you might know my state started off this year with a bang. Literally.

I willfully submit myself as part of the '99%'. This is proficiently underscored in slogans used by the current 'Occupy' movement. In terms of personal worth, it signifies the percent of remaining individuals in our country after subtracting out the richest 1%. Many believe this small remainder is made up solely of a rich and powerful 'Wall Street elite' demographic that wields control over most of our country's wealth and assets. Perhaps there is a ring of truth to this idea, and maybe it is something we individuals as a collective in this country might want to educate ourselves about before it totally consumes us.
